About the NUU SHIFT Conference 2027

NUU SHIFT is a conference for women who want more from their careers and their leadership, without losing themselves along the way.

It is hosted by NUU Coaching and led by Nogie Udevbulu, a speaker and coach who helps women see the value they already carry. The idea behind SHIFT is simple. One mindset shift can change how you see yourself. And when that changes, so does what you believe is possible.

In 2026, SHIFT celebrated five years of bringing women together. On October 9, 2027, the next chapter begins. The theme and full program are still to come. For now, mark your calendar.
