I know what it feels like to pursue excellence in environments where you may be underrepresented, highly visible, and expected to consistently perform at a high level.

Throughout my career I have had the privilege of leading in demanding and competitive environments. Along the way, I learned that success is not determined by talent and hard work alone. It also requires the confidence to trust your value, the conviction to stay true to your identity, and the resilience to keep moving forward even when external validation is limited.

What inspired me to launch NUU Coaching was my own transformative coaching experience. While I was already successful in many respects, coaching helped me uncover new possibilities through something surprisingly simple: a mindset shift.

Today, I help ambitious women excel without losing their identity, pursue ambitious goals without compromising their values, and lead with confidence grounded in purpose, faith and authenticity.
