Nogie Udevbulu is an award-winning Investment Professional, Business Executive and Transformational Leader with over 20 years of financial markets and index investments experience.
 

As a Managing Director at BlackRock, her focus has been on spearheading innovation and leveraging research expertise, data, and technology to enhance the ETF and Index business. Her tenure has been marked by the delivery of in-depth insights and the development of cutting-edge solutions in the financial services sector.
Prior to BlackRock, Nogie led the Global Index Strategy Team at Bank of America, bringing market insights and strategic guidance to asset managers, hedge funds and index providers. Her team’s collaborative efforts resulted in products that synthesized equity index expertise with actionable trade execution intelligence, underscoring her commitment to excellence and thought leadership in the industry.

Nogie received the 2023 Excellence in Asset Management award by Markets Media Finance and was inducted into Diversity Woman’s 2023 Elite 100, a tribute to black women leaders. In 2020 she was recognized for her exemplary leadership as a woman of color breaking glass ceilings where she received the Seed of Fortune’s HerWallStreet award and an Honorary Recognition from Boys Hope Girls Hope New York. Nogie was a fellow of the 92Y Women in Fellowship program geared for women a level below C-Suite and was sighted amongst Toigo’s Top 40 under 40.
Nogie sits on the Boards of Graham Windham and Forte Foundation organizations.

Nogie is an alumna of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Harvard Business School Executive Education and the City University of New York’s Bernard Baruch College. Nogie is also certified Life Coach
